Breathing issue

Back on March 10th. I had something strange happen. My throat was little sore up high at my tonsils. Esophagus felt inflamed. I could swallow and eat just fine. I had a sensation like when you are about to cry. That painful lump. It wouldn't go away and felt stronger than normal. Also, when I would breathe, it was a sharp stabbing pain that would shoot from my tonsils and went down to my chest bone. Every time I'd breathe in it did that. Horrible first day, better second day and by third day, much improved. I can tell tho it isn't my tonsils I don't think. Just different. Lasted 3 days. I went to ER that first night couldn't find anything We move onto April 19th. Did it again. Exactly same thing in every way. Lasted 3 days and gone. Yesterday something felt familiar. Not bad. Very mild. When I breathe in, it barely hurts but familiar. It hasn't gotten bad like the last time. Just hurts when I breathe up high by my tonsils right now. Has any one experienced anything like this before? Looking for answers.
