breathing issues + inability of taking a deep breath

hi everyone im new here never in my life thought i’d register for some health blog to report on issues ive been dealing with anyways i’m in no way is fluent in english its not my first language i hope what im about to say is almost as clear .

i have been dealing with breath issues it happened first when i was in a family meeting i was sitting there and their attention where focused on me so much and when we had our dinner i started to panic that i left the table making everyone concerned Nd confused i thought that i was about to pass out i thought that im completely out of place i don’t what has gotten into me not to mention that i have health concerns and before the family meeting i kept searching for symptoms cuz i mistaken my breasts pain for cancer i kept searching about it to the point that i feel so anxious im 17 btw , so after that it happened once and then came back for 2 months straight.... i had breathing issues almost everyday i even yawn to get a better breath i can't inhale deeply when i get excited or whenever i experinece an extreme emotion i feel breathless i feel out of place i panicked so much i feel it all the time the chest pain my shoulder pain i didn’t do any heart test and im so afraid tho i did blood tests but its not enough it turned out that i have high cholesterol and im working hard to lower it anyways , i feel so tension all the time im almost breathless not to mention that i sometimes feel a ball in my throat my mouth is always dry i get scared and i get heart palpitations all the time i don’t think it’s anxietycuz it would be a short matter of time not an all time symptoms + my brother has GERD and almost had the same symptoms as me but im still afraid that it might be a heart-related issues! my stomach hurts all the time i feel nauseous i want my life back i want to breath normally to finally be a human i go to check my oxygen level and it turns out to be good and normal what could be ? oh i forgot to mention that i feel so shaky after eating high sugar food and fat + and when i exercise and create a healthy lifestyle the symptoms decreased a bit <//3 not that much but i feel better when i exercise....i don’t want to feel alone im so depressed that i had some suicidal thoughts cuz this never stops..... i don’t think anxiety could be like this cuz i try other routine i talk to ppl wouldn't a distraction lesser the symptoms ? then why i feel it every day for almost 2 months straight!!! my doctor requested me to go to a mental health hosptial

    sounds like you have severe anxiety and possibly depression. Yes, anxiety can definitely cause your symptoms! And you are most likely very healthy but just need some help managing your stress and anxiety. It can absolutely cause a feeling of breathlessness. I have had that many times before from my anxiety

    . I would suggest that you speak with a counselor for some support. They can help you manage this. You can even do it virtually on your laptop or iPad. That’s what I do..

    you need to learn the right way to breathe when you have anxiety. Go on YouTube and search for mindfulness breathing exercises. there are hundreds of them.

    And what you are going through is very common . Millions of people suffer from anxiety just like you do. You have to learn how to relax your mind and breathe properly. I do hope you get some support for this.
