Breathing problems.

Hey I'm 21 female whose does atleast 20minutes of strenuous exersize a day. I'm otherwise healthy. Born to a mother who was 45 when she had me (might account for some issues)

The past 2 months my breathing has become difficult. To breath in is met with resistance. When I breath in, it doesn't feel like im getting in any oxygen. Leaves me feeling light headed and distant.

Its made better by either getting purposely out of breath to the point where I'm breathing very heavily (through excersize) , or when I first wake up. It seems like laying flat on my stomach helps my breathing, feels more natural and uninhibited.

I have phases where I feel normal and phases where I feel bad. So I can compare to what is normal and what is not.

I now spend more of my day trying to monitor my breathing than I do feeling 'okay'

I don't know what to do as I've had my bloods taken and its all normal. The only things they've not checked is my heart lungs and brain. I have history of heart attack in my family. Some times I get minor chest pains. What do I say to my doctor? How to rule out anxiety? Please help.

In the last 2 months the pollen count has been extremely high and a lot of people get allergies which affect their breathing. Try putting vaseline on the inside of your nostrils when you go out, if you can keep your windows closed at night. If you go out change your clothes when you come back home. If you can access a mask with filters at the moment, that might help. Try an antihistamine to see if it helps but try and get the non drowsy ones and don't drink alcohol as it can contain histamine.
