Bright red/ pinkish diarrhea

Awaiting doctor appointment on September 22 for ibs like symptoms but I'm starting  a post on something else. So yesterday I felt a throbbing pop after straining during a bowel movement that throbbed and was almost excruciating for about 5 minutes until it subsided. Earlier that day and the day before but especially last night I ingested LARGE amounts of Pez candy of all flavors with the red and orange ones being consumed the most(bad idea im pretty sure). So today I had a diarrhea ish bowel movement that was bright red and kinda fuzzy looking in the toilet bowl. It left a pink stain in the bowl when I flushed. So my question is if this was caused by the pez? I also wonder if I created a fissure from the bowel movement last night and wonder if it could be that too. I've had ibs c and occasionally d symptoms since may(hence the sept 22 appointment) and this is the first time I saw this. So do you guys think this is a combination of pez and a fissure or hemmoroid? I also have some burning after

Oh dear don't eat pez,  the sugar has done damage,  you shouldn't really eat that much sugar.  Try taking some anti-diarrhoeals,  I think you should try bland food the next few days.  No milk!

It wasnt like urgent diarrhea. More like a one time loose stool with that color. Could it be the pez and a combination of the pez and a fissure or roid due to the popping from the previous brown bowel movement(it was throbbing a lot after that one)

The candy may not have digested properly and you may have got fissures or haemorrhoids from straining.

IT  also itches and stings after it happened. My second movement was basically a shart(nothing in toilet) and I saw the maroon red pinkish color( a lot of it) while wiping. It also felt like blood was dripping a little from the bum but it wasn't in the toilet. It has stained my underwear a bit. I really hope it's only a fissure or hemmoroid and now I still have to wait another week for my appointment because there are no other openings. I'm just freaked out now and am having trouble not thinking the worst. Is this more characteristic of colotis/IBD or is more likely a fissure?

Also the stinging/itching is worse when sitting or moving in my seat

To determine this, you will need your doctor to examine you for haemorrhoids or fissures. If the blood is bright red, it would suggest either of these problems. If the blood is very dark and tarry like coffee grounds, this would suggest the bleeding is coming from higher up.

If haemorrhoids or fissures are not found, you may need a fecal calprotectin test to look for inflammation that may suggest IBD.  If the level is high, a colonoscopy would be done to confirm IBD.  Wait to see what your doctor says.

I took a sitz bath and felt heavy stinging when I felt my hand around the outside of my anus in a certain spot. It didn't feel swollen(to the touch) but it sure stung like hell when the spot was touched. I wonder if that's what the popping and throbbing I felt yesterday was

And I've never experienced tarry stools. Also can hemmoroids or fissures alter bowel habits when irritated? Like looser stools

Itching or burning on the anus could be fissures or haemorrhoids which can occur with diarrhoea or constipation. However, I don't know if they could cause altered bowel movements. You will need to ask your doctor about that.

I was initially not seeing the doctor for bleeding but for ibs like symptoms. This just happened to occur so I'm going to bring that up as well. The ibs symptoms were alternating between constipation with mucus and more frequent bowel movements that weren't necessarily loose or runny at all but happened more frequently(not sure if that counts as diarrhea or not?). The whole hemmoroid thing is guessing is a secondary thing along with these symptoms due to straining etc.

P.S the whole beginning of the ibs symptoms began after my first initial hemmoroid symptoms back in May. The hemmoroid symptoms haven't shown up again until today. So hemmoroids were the very first symptoms

Your doctpr will be able to help you.  If you have a haemorrhoid, try ice to shrink it and ointment to soothe the irritation in the meantime.

Yeah I know you're right about that. I'm really only extra anxious and concerned because of IBD in my intermediate family history(my mom was diagnosed with Ulcertive Colitis) around my age(she was 23 I'm 21) and I know that this increases the chances of me getting IBD. That is the reason I'm really worried and scared about this(also have anxiety issues) because I'm scared that that's what the doctor is going to say that it is going to be. I'm scared to deal with the possibility of an increased future risk of colon cancer and an increased risk of having my colon removed among other things. I just feel like there's a great chance of my symptoms being colitis just because I have this thought that a family history GREATLY increases my chances.

And I'm only 21 years old and I know UC will change my entire life and eating habits etc

As you don't know what your diagnosis will be, you should relax and not worry.  Worry will make your symptoms worse.  Even if it does turn out to be IBD, it can be treated.  I feared bad news for three and a half months when I had no diagnosis.  I prayed to God for a simple. non frightening diagnosis.  On my eighth visit to my doctor, I went with no hope and was in despair.  I came out with the non frightening diagnosis of IBS
