Broke ankle 6 years ago. Now 65 and it still hurts and swells. Using foot brace during day but can Iwearitatnightwhensleeping

I use night time aspirin and have pain medication when it hurts too bad. This is the best my foot will be and it gets puffy and hurts at night and I just want to know if I can wrap it at night or wear a foot brace to bed.image
