Broken arm

I am an active 75 year old and I broke my left arm close to the shoulder in May 2018 .

I had physio and hydrotherapy for several months but have now ceased because there seemed to be no improvements.

I suffer pain when carrying out tasks such as putting on cardigans and trying to lift my arm sideways. When twisting my wrist and carrying out other movements, I can feel bones or tendons twisting.

Whilst putting on sun tan lotion recently. I noticed a hard lump, near the top of my shoulder which feels like the top of the humerus. It moves when I move my arm and in some arm positions, it is hardly noticeable, but when my arm is by my side it stands out clearly.

Does anyone have any idea what this lump could be?
