Broken hammocks, hip/pelvic injuries, one year of chronic undiagnosed pain

24 year old women - hip trauma from fall and crushing

Exactly one year ago I was sitting in a hammock with my legs dangling over the side (coccyx/lower back/pelvis exposed downwards towards the ground) with two people sitting either side of me. Low and behold hammock snaps, and both people (around 300 pounds collective weight) land on top of me. The shock of the fall left me unable to move for a few minutes but I eventually got up, balled my eyes out in the tent (we were camping) and passed out from the pain.

Jump ahead a year later. I have been experiencing chronic pain for the better amount of this time that radiates from my right hip/pelvis and creeps down my leg and around my groin. At times my pelvic muscles are so inflamed and 'angry' that I feel it effects my sciatic nerve. New recent developments have made me experience less muscle pain, and more pain that feels bone related/mechanical. Tonight was the first night I actually experienced a hip 'upslip' that has been my most painful night yet. I am wondering if I have had this slight pelvic misalignment this entire time and that is what is causing my prolonged pain. The latest doctor opinioned that I experience a vertical hip shear.

Any information on related injuries would be great.
