Broken up stools and incomplete BM's

Hi all,

I've been having this problem for a while now. When I have a BM, my stools are often broken into many pieces. I can't remember the last time I had a well formed "log". After I'm done it often feels like there's still some left inside my anus. Soon after eating I get discomfort, not pain, in my lower/middle intestinal area and flatulance/belching. It's enough to make me restless or irritable. It's like a slight urge to have a BM after every meal. Anyone experience these symptoms? Can someone recommend something that will help get me regular again?

    This could be IBS.

    Try something called Colpermiln.

You can buy them over the counter and if they work you can get them on prescription

    Hi JaseInSpace,

Did you ever get any other diagnosis besides IBS? I'm having very similar problems and have been for almost two years now. I've gone to a Naturopath and did a three day stool sample (one sample each day) that was sent to Genova Diagnostics (even with insurance coverage, it was expensive). The results said I had a yeast/fungal overgrowth, wasn't absorbing fat, and had a lack of good bacteria. Currently I'm taking Tanalbit for the yeast/fungal overgrowth, pancreatic enzymes to break down and absorb food, and Acidopholus as a probiotic to add healthy bacteria. After about four weeks now, all I have noticed is my food has been broken down, but I still have all the other problems.

I too had these problems for years.  You can fix this by Prayer and diet.  For right now you could try some good wine in moderation and it should give you some relief.  If anybody needs info post your email and I will see if I can help. #not a doctor but also a patient

I know it sounds skeptical and it's difficult at first but start off by eating just steamed vegestables for a a few days not counting starchy veggies like carrots and potatoes.  Try to eat almost no sugar for a few days with only water to drink.  Or you can squeeze a lemon in it and put some stevia to make lemonade.  Try to only drink natural spring water.  But lots of water.  After a week or so start adding a little natural sugars like grapefruit or apples and carrots and stuff.   Season your food with sea salt and pepper and olive oil or coconut oil only or natural spices.  Then after a couple weeks you can start eating some wild caught fish.( not farm raised) and or some sea salted nuts like cashews and pastashios but not peanuts.  Peanuts are not good for you.  But always keep healthy fruits and vegestables the main source of your diet.  Keep me informed of how your doing and maybe I can help some more if you have any questions

I have been trying to buy the store bought steamed vegetables in a bag. I eat lots of cashews, walnuts, almonds. I am allergic to peanuts. I eat Tuna on Rye which does seem to help somewhat, but not much of a fish eater. I live in housing, so we don't have stoves in our apartments, and have to rely on a community shared kitchen. No frying is allowed. I just bought grapes and strawberries yesterday. But I rely on a case manager and can only go grocery shopping once a month. No car. Just tired of getting nothing but marbles. Thanks though for all the suggestions

Hemorrhoids or prolapse? whip worms and or other parasites contribute to this, as does bowel inflammation from years of a low fiber, processed diet. Also glyphosphate from sprayed grains, i.e. roundup causes many bowel issues, along with heavy metal loads in the body, which contribute to an acidic pH. Most of these issues here are from environmental issues and food choices. Parasites then thrive and begin to tear up the bowel lining. Heavy metals lodge in the bowel lining, as well.  The key is an alkaline food diet, along with distilled water, which has a pH between 6.5-8. You do not want alkaline water, as it weakens the HCL in the stomach, which is invaluable for digestion, and for fighting off parasites in the esophagus and other digestive organs. Cold drinks are very bad for your body ,and drinking them while eating is disastrous. It's all about lifestyle changes.

All of you have parasites. There are many different types. There are cleanses, detoxing and dietary changes that clean all of this up, but mainly it is changing your pH to alkaline. Look up alkaline diet, look up candida diet-lifestyle, and get away from processed foods. Eat more foods that are ALIVE, as in have micro-organisms and probiotics. There are many secondary things happening, as well, like damp spleen, fatty liver, colon cancer, IBS, the list goes on. The key is to make your insides a place where parasites don't want to live. Fiber uptake should be close to 20g daily. This is the key to keeping cancer away, alkalinity.
