    Hi, Yes it does.

I have Bronchiectasis and Asbestosis and I feel drained and ill most days, but some days are worse than others. The weather has a big effect I find, and of course if you get a chest infection (which I get a lot of) the symptoms all become much worse.

    HI MAGGI MAY

I have had bronchiactesis for about 12 years now.  There are days when I just feel like sitiing around, but Ive found out that only makes me feel worse.  I have a small dog so I make sure I take her out twice aday which helps me. I'm glad to read that you manage to pick yourself up!  its all part of this horrible disease.  Do you do excercises to clear your lungs ?  That really helps.  London is damp and humid at the moment which doesn;t help breathing.  Stay strong
