Thanks for the two responses to my few lines on this condition, its good to know there are people with the same or similar troubles to my mine and are willing to share their thoughts and offers of suggestions that could be of benefit to me. I was totally fed up up, could see no future help for me but after reading the two letters of advice i feel there can be something that may help. Thank You.

We all get that from time to time. As a 23 year old it's difficult for myself to cope as I wasn't diagnosed at toddler age. I find most Dr's look at me, look at my age and go 'this mostly occurs in older people' it's really off putting!

I've learned just to take each day as it comes, good or bad. Everyday i'm still breathing is a day well spent.

Ever since i first posted my comment on here,  a friend suggested i start taking Manuka Honey +15 especially over the winter months, i have found this to be a brilliant help, it really has done me the world of good. You may find it will help you and others as well, i noticed the benefit after taking a teaspoon full a day for around a month, it can be expensive but if you search Ebay for it you can get it much cheaper. I only take it during the winter as i find that when the warmer weather gets here i find that i am fine. Manuka Honey +15 sure worked wonders for me.
