Question?

have any of you contacted a support group for this condition, if you so have you found it useful?

It was suggested by another member of this group that a Breath Easy Group has been good good for her just wondered are any of you a member of any other groups? as there doesn't seem to be a lot out there least not in my area if there are which is Southampton Hampshire

    I have been to a support group. I think it is so great to talk to people who are experiencing the

    Same thing you are. Just make sure that 

    You feel

    Comfortable and the person running it doesn’t give out

    Medical advise if they aren’t a Doctor
