The left nipple ( male) has a brown crusty ring around it and its not shifting it doesnt hurt or flake off.
Cant figure out why left has it and right doesnt.
Its not got any discharge or lumps under the nipple or surrounding area.
Could it be hormonal as take hormone replacement gel, but havent ever had this anywhere.

Sory no idea, if your doc is not listening, try changing to another doctors. I've done this in the past, made a huge difference to find someone who will listen. I'm sure there is nothing wrong but I know women are advised to see their doctor if there is any change in this area. will not hurt to check it out. take care
