brown rash/patch on penis head

about a few days ago i noticed 3 wrinkles on my penis head. usually i don’t have wrinkles on my head soft or hard. one of the wrinkles had some sprinkles of really red pigmentation. the whole area of the wrinkles were very slightly more red than the surrounding area. today i wake up and i see that the area is kinda brown and no red. Anyone have any idea what this is? first time in my life this has happened.image
