Brown spot on my eyelid rim

Hi, I'm a 30 year old woman. I have had this brown spot in the rim of my eye for about two weeks. I remember that those days when it appeared, something had entered in my eye, like a fluff of! the sweater and I tried to remove it having a bit long nails. Now, I don't know if I got hurt or if this point just appeared, I would like an opinion as I am terrified of tumors. My partner tells me that the dot is slowly changing color (lighter) and getting smaller but it always looks the same to me. I am attaching two photos after about 10 days. Thanks to who will answer me and sorry for my bad english
