Hey man, masturbation is not the problem, at all! I would think it would be best to get the spots checked out by a doctor. I am thinking a Dermatologist would be a good place to start. There are a couple experts on here and I hope they see your post and they can give some good advise. Good luck kiddo!

Hello Manish, thank you for contacting me directly - however as I stated to you I only respond to any contact in the Open "Penis Disorders" Forum.
I agree with TRB, masturbation cannot be the cause of the brown spots you have. In addition, as TRB also suggests, a Dermatologist would be a good medical professional to see about this.
So there are several potential causes of this issue, and some of these causes can result in pigmentation change, and this is a possibility for what you have going on.
However, the most common cause of of brown spots that can appear across the body - and this includes the scalp, forehead, in the centre of the chest and in the genital region - is sweat.
When sweat and the resultant moisture is constantly present this can create the conditions for yeasts and bacteria that are naturally present on the human body to breed out of control. When this occurs over a period of time the infection gets underneath the top layers of skin and this is what causes the brown marking.
What to do: think about whether sweat is something that happens to your body on a regular basis. So typical causes could vary between, if you live in a hot, humid climate - if you are an active person, say you do a job that is physically demanding and this causes you to sweat regularly, or perhaps for someone that does strenuous exercise, or play sports, ride a bike for distances, that kind of thing, and the activity causes you to sweat most days of the week.
It could even be that the clothes you wear encourages sweat, the body is too warm on a regular basis and this creates sweat. Even if you have an office desk job, for example, it may be the environment in which you work is too hot, and again this causes you to sweat.
If any of these scenarios fit your day-to-day circumstances, or you otherwise have a different cause of regular sweat what you need to look at is controlling the sweat as much as possible. And again, the main problem for this could be you are in a hot humid climate country - otherwise it is about wearing light-weight clothing, certainly changing clothing on a daily basis, having regular showers - and the essential here is that after you wash, or take a shower you must remove all moisture from the body using a clean dry towel that ONLY you use.
If you happen to be an active person, or train for and play sports, you must wear clean laundered clothing for EACH session that you do - so if you trained in the morning, then do something else later in the day, you need to have clean sports clothing for each activity. After a session, never leave sweat on the body - it has to be removed on EACH occasion that it occurs, so take a shower, then completely dry yourself to remove ANY moisture - and again you need a clean dry towel to achieve this.
If you are quite sure sweat is NOT an issue for you, then you will need to see a Dermatologist.

i think u need to see a dermatologist regarding those they are not due to masturbation they are pigmented skin such as moles and given the fact they are on the penis its better to get them checked out specially if growing in size
