Brown spots on penis glands normal or abnormal

realized i had these weird brown spots on my glands recently not sure if theyre normal, no pain or sore but its been here for a month or so any info will help, i have a appointment to check my doctors in a few weeksimageimageimage

    I go to the doctors next week, no update yet, if anyone else has had this please feel free to post, no pain on my side at the moment but also not sure if it's normal.

    This looks like Fordyce spots, It's not dangerous, it's just aesthetics.

    Got response from my doctor, they say it's nothing to worry about for now, might just be due to a Erythrasma bacterial infection I got, said to use cortizone cream and see where it goes, i'll report back for any changes.
