Brownish patches on the back that keep coming back

Hello,

A few moths ago i got some patches on the belly (around the belly button), on the chest and the back was full of them. I was putting two herbal creams on them for a few weeks, one cream was based on Propolis, the other one on tree tea. I got an appointment at the doctor's, but by the time I got there, these patches were gone. He looked at the photos I had with me and said it could've been eczema.

They were not really itchy, only some on the back.

But now I have them again, the are on the neck area and tiny bit on the chest. Now I see they are easy to peel and it looks kinda dirty (brown) when I remove them with a pad. They don't itch.

Another opinion was that they were seborrheic keratoses patches. And a friend of mine and myself thought they were fungunal.

What are they and what can I use to treat them?

Two photos are from a few months ago. The last one is a new one.

Infection of some sort. Its best to speak to your doctor about it, they will give you a prescribed cream. Prescribed creams are a lot stronger than over the counter creams.
