bruise with lump

Hi everyone.. I hope youz are all good...anyways i noticed last night i had a bruise on my thigh and it had a lump on it....its very small... Went to the doctor today abd he looked at it and said it looks very harmless to him and that it should dissapear on its own...he said something about a burst blood vessel... But im still worried about it..it was a little numb last night on and off and i told the doctor but he said dont worry about it... Anybody any advice please xxx
