Bruising and Pains

Hello all,

My stories a bit odd. My issues all started back in December with a bad UTI. I was given two rounds of antibiotic and finally the bacteria cleared but I was still feeling symptoms. So I went to the ER and they ran all sorts of test and scans. From a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound to a ct scan. Everything seemed clear they concluded I was constipated and quite possibly had Interstitial Cystitis. I followed up with my gynecologist and my papamear was clear, so from there followed up with a urologist and they concluded I had Intersticial Cystitis. 2 weeks passed and then I started noticing bad bruising on my legs, I did go kayaking that week so just thought it was related. Now I’m noticing bruising in my upper thighs with pains that feel like they are in my veins and bones. I get head pressure like tension headaches as well and nausea. I went to my primary care physician and they ran blood test and everything came back fine. I’m starting to feel crazy but obviously something is wrong with my body. I don’t get such bad bladder pains anymore but I am still getting nerve like pains on my thighs and bruising on my thighs as well. I was never a easy bruiser. Any help tips or advice would help. Thank you in advance !

Hi michelle8d28. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems that your doc is missing something to do with blood. Maybe she/he shd refer you to a hematologist, to rule out blood clotting or other blood problems. it never hurts to see a specialist.
