Bubble on shaft of penis

2 days ago I noticed a hard lump under the skin in the middle of the shaft of my penis. It is not painful and I have exhibited no other symptoms. It seems to have spread out a little and isn’t quite as raised now. I am sexually active so I’m kinda of worried it is and std but I can’t find anything online that looks like it.

It could be a penile cyst - and if so they are harmless. Try searching for some images to compare.
Cysts on the penis can look pea sized - I have one that is gradually fading away. When you are not totally flaccid try pushing it in-over and it may dissapear for a few seconds - when you are fully erect gently push it in-over again and it may dissapear for a little while.
Once you have tried all this and you think it is nothing like what I describe try photographing it then upload to this site from a PC / Mac or laptop.
For sexual activity - if you have one regular partner, should be no issues there. If you have casual partners, or several you know the sensible thing to use is condoms .....

It appeared the day after having sex. I have the same partner so I'm not concerned with an STD. I can not really push it in however it feels much softer now like a blister. I noticed some skin seemed to be flaking off the top of it.

Things like bed lice can be an issue - has either yourself or your partner been staying somewhere other than your regular beds, for example. If you are washing all your bedding on a regular basis anyway should be okay. I have seen the results of bed lice bites and they do not look like this, but it may just be the way your skin has reacted.
Try the liquid TCP first, this may clear it, but may leave your skin looking even drier, if that is the case find a mild skin cream to use briefly, or simply switch to using an antiseptic cream such as Germolene for a few days ....

If nothing else is available, just use a plain antiseptic ointment - I would not use an antibiotic unless directed to do so by a medical professional ....
