i am seeking help from anyone suffering from this sheer hell called buergers diease can anyone give me advice for this coming winter

    Hi garry,

    There is a website which has information and tips on quitting smoking, improving circulation in small blood vessels, and special ways to keep your hands, feet and tows warm. Unfortunately, the web address gets erased on this message board, but I can either send you a private message with the address or e-mail it to you.

    I see you posted this over a year ago but here goes. Take your medicines...blood thinners, aspirin etc. and stay indoors as much as possible. That's what I do
