Bugs burrowing in skin

I have parasites or some other burrowing creature burrowing deep into my skin they are causeing deep infected holes resembling staff infection

    I have no idea what this could be. I would suggest you make an appointment to see your G.P. asap. I would love to know how you get on and hope you get this sorted out quickly.
