Bulging Discs

Diagnosed 2 years ago with bulging discs c3 to 7 pain is a lot worse now than when diagnosed , feels like a coat hanger in the top of my back, what do you guys do to ease it what do you find work, can't carry on like this my arms are getting weaker is this part of CS Tia

    Have you had any cervical epidurals? That's what I had to start with.

    ALso physiotherapy and acupuncture. That helped at first.

    Accupuncture can help sometimes physio can make it worse, keep your posture right that helps as we tend to stoop if we are in pain it is natural, also if you are going to do anything always take your meds before you do it as it helps to ease the pain. Sometimes gentle exersise helps but it depends on the level of pain that you are having. Pain clinics also helps if there is a one near you and your GP can get you in.Heat can help and in some cases cold(not for me)!!! lol It will help if you try physio as it will help your arms to keep them with a bit of strength. sorry to go on but I hope you find something that helps you and I look forward to your next post.smile

    I've tried pain management but find my own docs better I've held off seeing a spinal specialist for 2 yeArs wanted to see how I got on, that's what the docs wanted me to do see a specialist, tried all meds not worked so next step is epidural and if fails the surgery
