Hey been suffering for a while I'm 3 months in have found some do's n don't that have worked for me an more than willing to try new treatments that have worked for yourselfs

I’m 5 months in and still in agony it’s so debilitating- I’ve atartws using an ice pack which helps a lot, I can’t even walk around a supermarket without getting quite severe buttock and leg pain so I’ve pack helps me to walk just that bit further.Â
