I feel all i do is moan and im sorry ladies just feeling a little neurotic at the moment. I'm 8 and a half weeks post opp now from a rectocele. Me and the hubby tried intercourse again today and succeded bit painfull towards the end. But now I can feel a bulging about a 1cm into the vagina and it feels like it's separated from the actual opening its like I have two areas when you go into my vagina but one is about 1cm deep and the other is longer I'm really concerned/ frightened that iv damaged the repair. Should I be worried?. I'v got the doctors on Tuesday because iv got high blood pressure should I mention it when I'm there.

Help needed.xxx

Don't worry I feel like all I do is moan 😂

JDid any of your stitches split earlier during your recovery? I had an infection during the first week when my body rejected the biodesign and said infection caused a couple of stitched to split so have another small hole. I was told it will heal from the inside out but wasn't given an indication of how long that would take. I'm only three weeks post op so a little behind you but my hole is still there.

If your worried pop along to your go X

It's maybe that your stitches have loosened off a bit, higher up.

Try not to worry, things are still settling down, I'm nine weeks post op and don't feel at all normal down there yet.

Matron will be along at some stage, mention to your GP if you're still worried, I suppose you could have an odd stitch that's still there and making it feel like a little pocket.

Keloid scars sometimes open out like that, but I don't know whether you would get that on internal sutures.
