I've had this for as long as I know and around the age of 14 I went to a Urologist who in essence told me its just a defect but that I could get it removed. Does anyone else have any input based on the photo i provided? It doesn't cause me any discomfort but aesthetically it does bother me.

I have no idea what that is, but you should get it removed, especially if it interferes with urination.
