Hey everyone so I was pulling the foreskin back on my penis (because that's what guys do) and I noticed this bump there. Not sure if it was there before or if it's even a cause for concern. Perhaps I'm just hyper aware because I recently had an HIV scare (tested negative but I'll still do a follow up next week at the 3 month mark). But can anyone tell me what it is. it's completely painless. I should note that I have been masturbating frequently recently.

These are known as Penile Lymphocele and it could well be linked to the type and amount of Masturbating you have been doing - the general advice is that they usually heal themselves - but you will need to abstain from masturbation and sex until it clears away.

Certainly, if you begin to feel pain, such as when urinating you should seek immediate professional medical advice as these can be linked to Urinary Tract Infections - if you feel you are unable to abstain from masturbation I would seek advice from your Regular / Family Doctor / GP .......
