Bump from tattoo

im sure this question has probably been asked on here a lot but i got a tattoo I'd say 2-2.5 years ago, and this small buno formed on it. It's still there and I joticed today that it is definitely bigger than before. At this point I am positive it is permanent unless I get something done about it. It does not hurt but does itch sometimes. I am a black male, lightskinned, the ink was a purple color. I attached some pics today I took when I was at the gym.imageimage
