Bump in the corona area of penis

yes I know the answer would be "go see a doctor" but I just want to make sure if this is abnormal, I noticed this bump a year ago and I'm not quite sure if it always has been this big.

the reason why I'm delaying a visit to the doctor is because I live in a third world country and I feel like doctors here in my area will misdiagnose this anyway even if I went to an urologist they are not so familiar with penile diseases like doctor in Europe and US... who seem to know everything, and has plenty ways to examine cases like this.

so please I will visit a doctor but first I need some opinions on this.
