Bump near clitoris. Any idea what it is?

I recently had a yeast infection and some smegma build up. It itches. I haven't had sex since late December. Help!

Did some research. Saw that the cream that comes along with Monistat to help itching/burning can cause little pimple-like bumps. Anyone familiar with this? Does that look like what this is.

Monistat can help with yeast infections. So i would personally use that.
