Bump near penis head

Hi, I noticed a bump near head of penis. It is not hard but it appears when erected. If anyone know what it is please help.

    This is most likely a Penile Lymphocele and is most often linked to the amount, duration and vigour used during masturbation or sex. Ease back on masturbating / sex for 2 or 3 weeks. Here is some detail from a medical source:

      Thank you for reply. As you mentioned that it is hard swelling but mine is not hard. Also I have not masturbated for 4 days and before that also I masturbated in the gap of 2-3 days and it is also not vigorously.

      I did not state that your swelling is hard - only you would know that

      What I stated was that this was " MOST LIKELY " - responding on here it is impossible to cross-check factual information such as this with everyone.

      My suggestion would now be abstain from masturbation completely until what you have is completely resolved
