Bump near uvula on the arch connecting to it. Really scared.

I don't smoke or drink. Have been dealing with weird throat soreness and scratchy throat over the last two weeks. Even uses a salt water gargle and it irritated it making it red. Less red now. I'm scared its cancer. Feels like a pimple. Maybe a little harder. Have to wait to see a doctor. Anything to help calm my nerves would be appreciated. Pic will be added in comments. Thank you.
