bump on face changing quickly

I have lots of seborrheic keratosis on my body and I thought this was one on my face. It started changing a few days ago, though. I have an appointment with my dermatologist on Tuesday, but am just wondering if it's okay to wait that long. The first photo was taken one week ago, the second one was taken this evening. It also feels like my eyelid is swollen a bit but I might be imagining that. At first I just thought I had scratched it and it bled a little, but the dark spot just keeps growing. I really want to wait until Tuesday, but also want to do what is right.

    You are lucky to get an appointment that quick so do make sure you go to it. Just dont pick at it. Its Ok to wait until Tuesday, that is the right thing to do.
