Bump on labia?

im a bit stressed as ive developed a lump on my labia. i cant find anything on here that resembles it. its like one of the normal irregularities of the skin down there/ a bit like VP? it started out just getting a bit bigger but doesnt look like a wart- looks more like a skin tag? and now its painful and looks like it has blood in it, dont know if anyone else has experienced something like this? not sure if ive just caught it on something or if its of concern ( not sure i want to attach a pic but will if i need to)

    Does it resemble a hard bump or nodule, and is there any swelling around it? How do you know there is blood in it?

      it feels hard and round and looks like a tiny balloon shape? theres no swelling, and i can see the blood in it as its really red
