Bump on leg??

A couple days ago I was helping my dad with gardening outside. I was using potting soil and stuff like that and also sitting in the grass. Today I noticed this bump on my leg i thought was a mosquito bite because i have several on my legs, but this one is inflamed, kind of puffy and painful to touch. Even when i stand its painful but not too painful. I thought maybe it was a spider bite but theres only one hole in the center of it. I need help knowing if this is serious or not!!

    hello it maybe a spider bite cause I were in my flower garden and i almost gotten bitten by one. you may need to see a doctor
