Bump on my punishment and I'm low-key scared

I noticed this bump on my penis about a year ago but it was small, didn't cause any pain or grow bigger. But today I was taking shower and I noticed it grow about 3 times the size and hurt when I touched it. it kinda looks like an ant sting you would pop and the puss would come out, I am a virgin so i know it's not an std or anything like it but like I said I'm kinda scared and idk what to do
