Bump on penis head

Hey i have had this weird slightly elevated blister like thing on my penis head for the last few weeks. I have had a few sexual incounters recently but all have been with what i thought are clean girls. just wondering if anyone thinks this is herpes, a rash, or nothing, Thanks. Have been pretty worried but no pain or other symptoms.

    You have to be more careful. Did you use condoms. That should be a must. The girls can still be safe but you have to protect yourself. They could have a yeast infection.

    There is something you can try. Pure Aloe Vera Gel. This will make the sore dry up. Good luck....Ken

      Yes i know the girl was on birth control and did not realize till after but regardless i know for the future thank you. So you dont think this is herpes??

      From what i have searched up Yeast infections look a lot different than this??

      No to me it does not look like herpes. Every one can have different types of sores

    herpes is really painful, burning and itching. No, it isn't.

      It says some people dont get pain but u might be right. Thanks. Any idea of what it could be? should i get tested?

    I have something similar to this, no itching or burning, its just on the head of my glans. Lamisil or Ketoconazole isnt working. Not sure if I have irritation or what.
