Bump on penis opening. Any ideas?

Hey guys i've had this bump on my penis for a few months now and i'm starting to get worried about what it is. No pain or discharge accompanying it. I'm not really sexually active but have had unprotected sex in the past so i was thinking could it be delayed symptoms of something? Any feedback would be great.imageimageimageimage

also the skin on the head looks a red and doesn't itch often but occasionally i think i feel something going on down there. i may just be overthinking and getting paranoid. i am physically active and sweat alot, i don't use any soaps on my penis, i clean it with water pretty often and use non scented lotion to masturbate with.

James, you were saying the right things until you mentioned lotion. The problem is that if it gets inside the meatus (the actual pee-hole outlet) or the urethra this can cause problems. For masturbation get yourself some coconut oil that is for use on the body (rather than hair) and you can apply this to the shaft of your penis only.

The bump itself could just be the way the head of your penis has developed, it does not look like an STD / STI related issue - but as you have had unprotected sex the only way to rule out these potential factors is to get tested .....

i feel ok about it now thanks to your comment. the unprotected sex thing was with a girlfriend who said she had been recently tested and was clean. cause i called her and voiced my concern with the way the head of my penis looked. anyways i'm 22 years old shouldn't my penis not be developing any more skin? and thanks for taking the time to comment.

The penis can naturally develop until the mid-twenties in age so your skin or your genitals as a whole can develop further .....
