hello sir sorry for my english i have the same and i am sexual active but i have use condom only one time or two dont use and i masturbate one time for day dont use lube. this is fricson problem ? or is std ?

about 5-6 months ago i sent a doctor on iclinique the same thing and he said it was a benign lesion

If this has not changed in the 5 or 6 months you have had this it would suggest the doctor is correct. If it was something different it would have developed further, got worse or actually gone away.
The only other specialist you can check this with is a Dermatologist, you must specify that it has been present for around 6 months and has not changed .....

do you know what could cause this? i have two more exact same situation also. painless been there for months no progression just a bad eye sore. any suggestions on what i can do to help the situation until i see a dermatologist. no pain when i pee, no leakage, no pain when i masturbate.

No I don't know the potential cause, it would be a pure guess. It looks like a skin imperfection, rather that anything else.
You do need to see a Dermatologist as this could be something you do not want to have untreated.
I have no suggestions either to what to do with it until you see the specialist.
