Bump on Scrotum with holes.

i've had this for a good month or so, it started out as 2 small bumps that had appeared after i shaved and of course i squeezed them because i didnt think not to. so after awhile one big bump formed, doctor said it was just a infection and gave my some ointment but hasn't got any better.. i think it might be a wart of some kind. image

      I've decided to leave it alone for now. Do you think a dermatologist could figure out what it is for sure im contemplating seeing one.

    unless you have unprotected sex there is no chance to expose warts
