Bump on the shaft of my penis, what should I do??

I've noticed this bump on the back of the shaft of my penis probably shy over a week or two ago. I assumed it was just a pimple, or possibly an ingrown hair or just skin irritation from shaving, however it's not gone and at this point I'm beginning to feel concerned.

It's not itchy from besides what's usual, and it isn't sensitive to the touch. (It was more sore and raw feeling initially when I noticed it) It only gives me minor pain when I squeeze it.

It's possible I maybe knicked it with my finger nail from scratching or with the razor from shaving? It's definitely NOT an STI as I've been sexually abstinent thus far.
