Bumps

have these bumps, some resemble puss filled pimples but are extremely hard to pop, while others look like normal bumps. seem to pop up anywhere around my groin, on inner thighs, scrotum, penile shaft. theres been as many as about 14 and as little as 2 or 3 at a time. they come and go with no symptoms such as itching, burning, swelling, etc. i am sexually active with one partner and we do not use protection. they also seem to almost take away the color of my skin when they appear on my penile shaft.
