Bumps

I've had these bumps for a long time and the one in the middle is starting to hurt a little bit, does anybody know what they are ?

there are so many thing that could be your skin issue. the best advice is to see a doc and they can do a biopsy of the skin to id the skin issue make a prognosis and diagnosis. use cream and moisturize daily.
