Bumps all over labia. 3 drs no help. Advice please ( pictures included )

Hi there im looking for some helpI have seen 3 drs one being an OB and i have been told this is yeast and BV however all my swabs came back negative for both. I have been tested for everything other then HPV ( pending results ) and am negativei was told by the OB that i saw that the white spots were normal and he saw nothing else was wrong other then that im overweight and have redness on my legs ( have had my whole life ) I explained I have been the same weight for over a decade and that the red spots i get on my legs has been since i was little. he said "then im one of the lucky ones that it took this long to have issues" basically i have no answers and its just getting worse every day. super red, itches all over my vulva and vagina Any ideas?

    Does the white spot hurt to touch? looking like an ulcer but might be just another skin conditions
