Bumps and sore spot in Vagina area, keeps coming and going

Hello, I am hoping someone can help...

In my vaginal / perineum area, I get random bumps that are flat but can be dry and quite itchy. sometime it looks like dry skin but it doesn't feel dry. I also get random spots that feel like a little lump which you can see in the photo but that also comes and goes. I am happily married and have been for many years and we have only been with each other for last 13 years so have no idea what all this can be? my husband has no issues or soreness, just me.

Does this look familiar to anyone?? Any help will be greatly appreciated.image

    hey did u go to the doctor to get checked.

    i believe we might have something but mines doesn't itch it anything its just there my doctor said it cud be from rough sex or waxing. if u haven't seen a doctor as yet just do a sitz bathe and keep the area clean and dry and it should go away within a week.

    looks like the issue im having . i put yeast infection cream on it and itll be gone then comes back . its itchy and uncomfortable and its always in the same spot
