Bumps and sores on my vagina lips . Please help ? Is it an std ?

Yes it sounds like you do have herpes. I had exactly the same last week and when I went to the local clinic they confirmed that I had genital herpes.

If I were you I'd go asap. They can give you antiviral tablets to take to stop the virus getting any worse and will help the sores heal quicker. It's a 5 day course amd it really does work.

Don't stress or worry about it. I was exactly the same but it isn't actually as bad as I first thought

Get the bumps swabbed and typed for herpes asap while they are still new, otherwise you'll miss your chance to properly diagnose/type them and can only indirectly test for herpes by blood 3 months later. Sounds like it could be herpes, but it may not be, so best to confirm while you can.

Yes that definitely sounds like herpes ., the bumps with change here in a little bit and sometimes they will even peel and scab off. It's too late to get any medicine for it , once an outbreak comes the medicine is pointless .

But after your outbreak is over you should definitely get on suppressive medicine .

It's best to get a swab test so they can give you accurate results ...

Since you are still 17 your parents might have to come depending on where your from .. Do you live in the states ?

Yeah I agree, I think you should go get the sores swabbed asap. Mine were more inside my vagina. I had one at the top and one at the bottom

It very well could be herpes. I agree with everyone else that you should go get swabbed. It may be something else, but it's best to get an accurate diagnosis. Medication can make your outbreak last for a shorter time period and if you get a lot of outbreaks or sleep with un HSV people you should go on suppressive meds. Good luck!!
