If someone could tell me their best guess as to what this is I'd be very grateful. Im 33, and these bumps just seemed to appear overnight. Included a pic.

Have you had any unprotected sex in the last 3 months. Are any of them tender? Do any of them look like they can pop open? Any signs of sickness like a fever, cold sweats, nausea etc?

I haven't had sex of any kind since December, but two encounters (with the same girl) were unprotected. They sorta have the look and feel of pimples I suppose. They don't hurt. I haven't tried to pop one open. I do have a sore throat right now, but so do a lot of people in my office.

The bumps themselves are actually more on the hard side. Probably couldn't pop them even if I wanted to.

Doe they seem to have a small connection to the skin. Kind of like a string attatched to a. Balking that is the lumps? Do They have a rough surface at all or is the top have a smooth surface?

Nothing like that. They seem to start rather deep and have a base and vary in size (although is it weird they are all on the right side?). I would say they are more smooth than rough at this point. I've included another photo. It sure is hard to zoom in on the specific area I'm trying to get into focus. In actuality they don't appear as "white headed" as in the picture, some of that is just light.

In my research I've done online, it seems to most resemble either molluscum contagiosum or fordyce spots. What do you think?

molluscum contagiosum.  I had similar tried alsorts, only thing that cured them was time.  About 40-50 days

40-50 days doesn't seem so bad. That's how long it took to clear up?
