Bumps around Penis that I’ve had for years, always get tested for STD’s but they always comeback Negative. Can anyone tell me what this could be

Dear Nick,
These are Tyson's glands, named after Edward Tyson who first described them in 1694. All men have them, some racial groups have more prominent glands than others. They are just modified sebaceous (grease) glands next to the fraenum, the attachment between the glans and the foreskin (but missing in your case).
Nothing to worry about!
