Bumps around the vagina HELP

hello! im new to this! this happened 2 days ago and im not sure what to do...

notes-

i do shave- i do get bumps but never around the vg area ( bikni area )

  • i am active however this usually never happens to me
  • no itching nor burns when i use the bathroom

in the photo, i put some cream on to helpimage
