My throat has bumps. I've noticed this before but it was not painful. But now, I can feel it aching and was kind of hard to swallow because of the pain. Is it strep throat? Or just a simple oar throat? I've been researching in the internet and couldn't find a clue because there are various of conditions, and the other forums doesn't seem to be helpful. I hope you can help me. Thank you

do you suffer post nasal drip? i do and i get bumps that look like this...kind of blister liker! mine are less but larger. i think its due to my post nasal drip.

looks like granular pharyngitis . if its bother you can do laser treatment.
